The Founder

Room to Restore was built from lived experience, not theory.

I created it because I know what it feels like to look like you're coping -to be functioning, capable, keeping everything together - while internally feeling disconnected, depleted, or quietly overwhelmed.

I spent years working at the highest levels of fast-paced environments as an Executive Assistant, supporting leaders under pressure while carrying my own invisible load.

That experience gave me a deep understanding of how high-functioning women feel - and what they actually need.

Not another intense programme. Not to be told to push harder.

A space to exhale. To hear themselves again. To restore.

Room to Restore exists for the woman who doesn't feel broken, but doesn't feel like herself either.

The woman who wants support that is structured, intelligent, and safe.

I guide women through that process gently, clearly, and with complete integrity.
