Restoration for Your Organisation
Restoration for Your Organisation
Emotional regulation and burnout prevention for high-performing teams and the women who lead them.
The problem
High-performing environments ask a lot of the people inside them. Sustained pressure, emotional labour, and the expectation to always perform takes a quiet but significant toll, particularly on women.
Room to Restore brings evidence-informed nervous system regulation into your organisation, designed for busy, capable people who need restoration, not another workshop telling them what they already know.
What We Offer
The Lunchtime Reset. A one-hour guided nervous system reset session, in-person or virtual. From £800 per session.
Women's Wellbeing Workshop. A half-day facilitated experience covering emotional regulation, burnout recognition, and practical tools. From £2,500 per workshop.
The Burnout Prevention Programme. A six-week digital programme combining audio-led practices with guided reflection and group check-ins. From £5,000 for teams up to 25.
Restore Method, Team Access. Bulk access to the 8-Week Restore Method. From £2,500 for teams up to 20.
Executive Restoration Series. A private four-session 1:1 programme for senior leaders. From £1,500 per person.
This is for you if
You have a team that is performing well, but quietly running on empty.
You want to invest in your people beyond standard mental health provision.
You're building a culture where women can lead sustainably.
You've noticed burnout, disengagement, or high turnover, and want to act early.
You want something more intelligent than a meditation app subscription.
Our Founder
Room to Restore was built after years working as an Executive Assistant inside high-pressure, high-performance organisations. I understand the invisible emotional load that ambitious environments create, and I bring that understanding into every session I deliver.
