Eight weeks. Four stages. One way back to yourself.
ARRIVE
Weeks One & Two
For once, nothing is being asked of you.
Before we work anything out, you get to put some things down and come back into the room. To notice yourself again. Not to analyse yourself.
Just to make sure you’re in the room too.
LISTEN
Weeks Three & Four
What can you hear when everybody else gets quieter?
Other people’s expectations, advice, moods and opinions can become so familiar they begin to sound like our own.
These weeks are about listening underneath all of that. Not for perfect answers.
For something that sounds a little more like you.
REMEMBER
Weeks Five & Six
Life adds layers. Roles. Relationships. Responsibility. Change.
But underneath all of it, parts of you have remained.
These weeks are about recognising them again - the things you love, the things you miss, the places you come alive, the things that still feel unmistakably yours.
RETURN
Weeks Seven & Eight
You don’t need a five-year plan.
You begin noticing which direction feels more like yours.nMore of this. Less of that.
One honest step at a time. There is nowhere to graduate to.
You simply leave knowing how to come back to yourself again.
Emotional Hospitality, in practice.
Room to Restore began with a simple thought:
Who cares for the woman who is so often caring for everybody else?
We call this Emotional Hospitality.
It means we don't begin by asking what's wrong with you.
We begin by asking:
What have you been carrying?
What do you need?
What would make this feel a little lighter?
Homecoming is our first deeper expression of that idea.
Not somewhere to improve yourself.
Somewhere to be met where you are and gently find your way from there.
What does a week look like?
You don't need to carve out hours of get special equipment, a perfect morning routine or a completely quiet house.
Each week, you'll find a few things waiting for you.
A conversation - Something to listen to - A place to put what comes up - Something small to take with you
Just eight weeks of making a little more room for you.
Begin when you're ready.
There is no perfect moment to start.
You don't need to wait until life calms down. And you don't need to promise yourself you'll do it perfectly.
Come in. Start with Week One.
See what happens.
Homecoming will be here when you're ready.
Take your time. This room isn't going anywhere.
